Our flat deck tilt trailer is one of the most versatile trailers available in this class. It’s small and light enough to be useful for a variety of tasks, yet still offers a GVWR of up to 16,000 pounds. The full-width deck tips all the way to the ground, eliminating the need for narrow ramps. And the deck-over-the-wheels style gives you plenty of room for cargo.
Each of our flat deck tilt trailers is built on a 10”, 12 pound I-beam frame and tongue, with a 5″ hydraulic cylinder. Crossmembers are positioned on 24” centers and made from 3″ channel stock. A three year frame warranty is standard.
Once you’ve driven your equipment up on the trailer and tilted the bed, stake pockets and a rub rail system provide tie down points for transport.
Dexter EZ-Lube axles are standard features, and are suspended with a leaf spring suspension system. Axle maintenance is fast and easy with the centrally located grease fitting. Two electric brake axles are included, with the appropriate wiring harness already installed.
Each tilt deck trailer ships standard with a RAM cast 2-5/16” adjustable coupler and RAM drop leg jacks. 16” Provider radial tires and wheels are also standard. We floor each tilt deck with treated Southern Yellow pine, and each board has been individually certified for quality.
A front toolbox comes standard, as do lifetime-warranty LED lights. We also choose to put a -65F arctic wiring harness on our tilt deck trailers, because you never know where you might end up.
Prior to applying an industrial grade IFS powder coat with a one-year warranty, we sandblast each and every tilt deck trailer to remove impurities that may cause an inferior surface finish.
Each flat deck tilt trailer is built to meet DOT and NATM standards, right down to the reflective tape. This ensures you have the safest trailer possible behind your towing vehicle.
